Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at my website. I am here to help you in your healing journey and to work with you to optimize your health and well-being. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
I became interested in holistic health at a young age. My parents are gardeners, and my mom is a culinary herbalist. We had a big garden, and I learned about nutrition and folk medicine. Our house always smelled of drying herbs, like the song "parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme". My interest in acupuncture was sparked in 2003 when I apprenticed with Ryan Snowe, and studied acupressure, herbalism, and Qi Gong. I went on to receive a certificate in Health and Healing Arts from the University of New Mexico and obtained a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University.
Some of my interests and areas of specialization are in acute and chronic pain, sports medicine, autoimmune, digestive disorders and migraines.
I have studied
Tuina, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, and two systems of body work known
as Somatic Education and Yin Tuina. My work is deeply
focused on honoring individual spiritual cultivation through greater
mind-body awareness and connection.
