Initial Consultation and Treatment, $100
Welcome! If you are unfamiliar with Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Your initial visit will be an hour and a half long and includes:
A review of your complete health history and physical exam.
Diagnosis and treatment plan.
An initial acupuncture treatment.
Diet, excercise, herbal medicine, meditation and breathing techniques.
A recommended course of treatment. The average number of visits is between three to nine, depending on what we are treating. Each person's healing pace is unique, but you can expect positive results after your first treatment.
At all times I will explain what is being done and why. I believe that education is an important part of the treatment. My goal is to give you the healing tools to help make the changes you want to see.
Follow-Up Visits, $75
Follow-ups are an hour long. We will review your progress and changes since the last visit. Most of the time will be spent in treatment.
Infants and Children, $50
Treatments for infants and children are half an hour long. In addition to the pediatric massage and some light needling, we will discuss nutrition, diet and possible herbal recommendations to keep your child in good health.
Hour long massage sessions are relaxing and therapeutic. I incorporate traditional Swedish style massage with Tuina (Chinese meridian massage) and Shiatsu (Japanese) for a personalized session, covering the whole body with specific emphasis on your problem areas.
*payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check or credit. If you have insurance that covers acupuncture I can create a superbill for you submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.
